If You Are Completing the Work Yourself You Must Pull the Permit, If You Have Hired a Contractor, Please Ensure That They Have Pulled a Permit. Also, Please Ensure That Your Contractor is Licensed With the State of Minnesota.Homeowners or Contractors please click here for a Building Permit Application that can be completed on-line, faxed back or emailed back to City Hall. If you utilized this option, it will save you approximately 5 to 10 minutes of waiting time for your permit.
